...hoppin' down the bunny trail.
Friday afternoon we colored eggs. We had so much fun doing it that i didn't get my camera out in time. So this is what we've got, an after shot. :)
The bunny has come and gone. This year he left quite a bit of candy for these kids of mine. I'm thinking that I will need to let him know that next year we don't need quite so much.
Saturday morning they each woke up to a basket of fun. They were so excited. Jacob and Will were up first, and they were very good not to gather eggs without Emma and Wes.
Once everyone was awake, though, it didn't take long to bring in quite a haul. Candy comas were to follow this feast.
Later, we went over to the church for the Primary Easter Egg Hunt. It was so nice they were able to hide the eggs outside. They hid 800 eggs, so each child had enough opportunity to find a good amount of eggs.
A couple of my friends came over to decorate cookies for Easter. We had a lot of fun together, and I think the cookies turned out pretty cute.
