Birthday Bash

Both my Mom & Dad had birthdays in January, most of us got together for a surprise birthday party. I called Lisa to see if the kids and I could come stay with her for the weekend. When that was a go we decided that it would be fun for her to bake cakes and me to decorate them. That is a lot of cake though so I called and asked Christy to help me with the decorating. She has done some really awesome cakes. This was the first time I had attempted fondant and gum paste flowers. It was a lot of fun. Mom and Dad were so surprised.
