The Birthday Girl

Emma just had her 6th birthday!  She got to have the day off of school and spent the day home with us!  She got to sample cake making things and play with her brothers.

For her special dinner, Emma requested macaroni and cheese with hotdogs, green beans, and root beer.  She was really excited to get to pick the menu.  Then came the cake and ice cream.

Emma loved everything she got for her birthday.

Earlier we found out the our mail had been stolen, including Emma's birthday card from my Grandma Naylor.  Because of this, Jacob wrote her a nice note about how bad he felt for her and gave her a dime since she didn't get any birthday money.  It was so sweet.

Grandpa and Grandma Naylor sent Emma a nail stamping kit.  She absolutely loves it.  She wanted me to do her nails as soon as she woke up the next morning.

Jacob got her the gift of Lego Love.

Will and Wes gave her a sweater dress and some candy.  She LOVES purple.

Lego came out with a new line of girls Lego sets.  This one is a boutique.  She was the most excited that it had so much lipstick, haha.

After the little boys went to bed, Emma and Jacob stayed up to put some together.  They had so much fun building and playing together.  I asked Emma if she had a good birthday.  She said that she had a GREAT birthday.
